He had a lovely manner and quickly got on with the job in hand such that the van was loaded on no time at all with my husband and Frank working together. Everything was loaded carefully and safely unloaded into the rooms we wanted at the other end.

I asked Frank to move some bedroom furniture for me. Although he could not do it on the day I asked, he let me know in... advance. So I was able plan accordingly.
